ORDER
The grievance of the petitioners is that they were granted promotion
to the post of Assistant with effect from 23.04.2015 and therefore, they
seek for a direction to the first respondent seeking notional promotion.
2. Today when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that pending the Writ Petition, the first respondent herein had granted promotion to the petitioners to the post of Assistant with effect from 23.04.2015. Such a submission is ratified by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent also.
3. As such, the grievance of the petitioners has been met and hence, no effective orders can be passed.
