2. Mr.A.R.Karthik Lakshmanan, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 2^nd respondent had issued a Form-A show cause notice, in purported exercise of powers under Section 3 (2) of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 dated
