This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondent to quash the memo No.021112/288/Adm.I/A6/F.Doc./2014, dated 18.08.2014 and to grant scale of pay to the petitioner as per the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board Proceedings (Per) B.P.(Ch) No.107 (Secretariat Branch) dated 16.06.2006.
Even on an last occasion there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this case and hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Connected W.M.Ps are closed. Costs made easy.
