Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 09.04.2019 passed by the 4th respondent in Letter No.6003/O NA THA PI/MTC/2019, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to sanction and pay the petitioner family pension with effect from 07.03.2001 as revised from time to time with arrears and other consequential benefits, together with interest at the rate of 12% per annum, award costs.
