“As per village accounts the referred survey number mentioned in the writ petition was registered as S.No.108 extent of 1.16.5 hectares (2 acre 87 cent) under the classification of Oodai (Water course) poramboke land, S.No.126/3 extent of 0.34.5 Ares (85 cent) under the classification of Oodai Meikal (Water course) poramboke land and S.No.126/1 extent of 0.57.5 Ares (1 acre 42 cent) under the classification of Meikal poramboke land. The suitable steps have taken to evict the encroachment Oodai Poramboke land by Public Works Department and other classification of Meikal Poramboke land to evict by Animal Husbandry Department. Forms 1 and 2 have been issued to the Public Works Department to remove encroachment in the Water course Poramboke land. So here with enclose the copy of village accounts and form 1 and 2. For kind perusal.”
