When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. She has also made an endorsement to the said effect and sought time to file an appeal.
2. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned
counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to file an appeal within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order subject to compliance with the other conditions including pre-deposit, if any. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
