The Writ Petition has been listed under the caption 'for Being Mentioned'.

2. The Writ Petition had actually been disposed of on 02.01.2023. The order was dictated in open Court. On conclusion this Court had directed that costs follow and had accordingly directed that the petitioner and the 7^th respondent should pay costs of Rs.50,000/- each to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai. Even though that particular statement was made by me in the open Court, it was requested even then that this Court may not impose costs. However, the costs as stated was retained in the order.

3. Subsequently, the matter has now been listed under the caption 'for Being Mentioned'. It is uniformly stated by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and for the 7^th respondent that the issue of costs alone may be re-examined and re-visited by this Court.
