Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to act and cancel the sale deed dated 19.02.2014 registered as Doc.No.1483 of 2014, SRO, Walajapet registering the document presented by the 5th respondent in favour of the 6th respondent as being abinitio void and against the order of attachment granted in I.A. 100 of 2000 in O.S.No.39 of 2000 on the file of the DMC, Walajapet and cancel the registration.

When the matter was listed for hearing on 07.06.2023, none

2. Even today also i.e on 09.06.2023, when the matter is called, there
is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Thus, it is evident that
the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the
