2.The limited prayer sought for by the petitioner is for a direction to the second respondent to accept the Settlement Deed dated 09.12.2022 as per the Pre-Registration Token Receipt No.TP/139046442/2022 dated 09.12.2022.
3.Today, when the matter is called, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, on written instructions from the Sub Registrar, Sub-Registrar Office, Magudanchavadi, the second respondent herein submitted that if such a document is produced before the second respondent, the same would be considered in accordance with
the procedure contemplated under the Registration Act and the Rules.
