Writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to conduct election only on the basis of the up to date and correct voters list to be prepared and submitted by the petitioner in his capacity as Muthavalli of the Mosque namely Ahl-e-Sunnath-O Jamath Masjid-e Qadeem popularly known as Old Mosque Muslimpur, Vaniyambadi.
