This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Order of the first respondent dismissing the petitioner from the post of Panchayat President of Puthakaram Village under Section 205(i)(b) of Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, 1994 in G.O.(D).No. 61 dated 09.02.2016 passed by the Secretary to the Government, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department,/1st respondent confirming the order of the District Collector/Inspector of Panchayat Nagappattinam & District/ 3rd respondent herein in Na.Ka.No. 2573/A3/ UOE/(UOO)/2012 dated 27.09.2013, quash the same and further direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue as a Panchayat President of Puthagaram Village situated in Nagappattinam Taluk & District.
