to issue tokens so as to procure the petitioners grains and to maintain fairness and transparency in the Direct Purchase Centre of Paddy by considering the representation of the petitioners dated 11.04.2023.
that the petitioners are Agriculturists and they are supplying paddy to the third respondent, however, the third respondent demanded bribe from the

farmers who were supplying paddy to the third respondent, for which, the petitioners have made representation before the first respondent on 11.04.2023. But, till date, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition with the aforesaid prayer.
Petition, it would suffice, if this Court may issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 11.04.2023 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
