petitioner has no objection for allowing this impleading petition, without prejudice to the petitioner's rights and contentions in the main writ petition. The said statement is recorded.
Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for. However, the same is allowed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner in the main writ petition.
The respondents are directed to file their counter in the writ petition on the next date of hearing without fail.
Post the matter on 01.03.2023.
Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and print the name of Ms.P.T.Ramadevi as the Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation.
