When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.02.2023, 08.03.2023 and 10.03.2023, there was no representation for the appellant. In fact, on 10.03.2023, learned counsel for the appellant informed the Court that she had given change of vakalat. Therefore, Registry was directed to verify any fresh vakalat was filed on behalf of the appellant and, if so, to print the name of the counsel and, if not, to send notice to

the appellant, returnable by 31.03.2023. Thereafter, fresh notices were directed to be sent to the appellant on 31.03.2023, returnable by 17.04.2023, and on 17.04.2023, returnable by 27.04.2023. Again, when the matter was listed on 08.06.2023, none appeared for the appellant, Hence, it was directed to be listed today for dismissal. Even today, in spite of the name of the appellant having been printed in the Cause List, none appeared.
