Heard Mr.L.Dhamodharan, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) for respondents 2 to 4.

The learned Single Judge has decided five writ petitions (W.P.Nos.22848, 22850, 22856, 22863 and 22870 of 2022) under the common impugned order dated 1.9.2022. In respect of three writ petitions, bearing W.P.Nos.22848, 22870 and 22856 of 2022, writ appeals, bearing W.A.Nos.2084, 2059 and 2091 of 2023 were filed. The same were disposed of under the common judgment and order of this Court dated 5.10.2023. The present writ appeal is filed in respect

of W.P.No.22850 of 2022.

As the impugned order of the learned Single Judge has already been set aside under the common order dated 5.10.2023 passed in W.A.Nos.2084, 2059 and 2091 of 2023, we follow the same course and pass the same order.

Accordingly, the impugned order of the learned Single Judge is set aside and the parties are relegated before the learned Single Judge. W.P.No.22850 of 2022 be heard along with W.P.No.22848 of 2022 and other connected writ petitions.

With these observations, the writ appeal stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.Nos.27490 and 27492 of 2023 are closed.
