When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the appellants submitted that subsequent to the filing of this appeal, the order dated 27.10.2021 passed by the learned Judge in W.P. No. 22988 of 2021 which is impugned herein, has been complied with by the appellants. In support of the same, he has also produced a copy of the letter dated 03.01.2023 sent by the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Villupuram) Limited, Kancheepuram Region, Ponnerikarai, National Highways to the petitioner, wherein, it is stated as follows:
