The petitioner in her affidavit filed in support of the petition stated as follows:

"6. I respectfully submit that I am a women and I am living at Villapuram, Madurai. No one can take care of me to pay the travelling expenses from Madurai to Coimbatore. Under these circumstances, I have to be accompanied from Madurai to Coimbatore is in question. Moreover I have no employment either in the Government Sector or private sector.

7. I respectfully submit that I have to appear before the learned 2nd Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore for each and every hearing. I have no means for survival except my parents income. I am starving for my day to day affairs and no one come forward for taking care of me. I am living under poverty and the respondent has not at all given any maintenance to me."

Considering the above, I am inclined to allow the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. Thus, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed by transferring H.M.O.P.No.293
