This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the cases in H.M.O.P.No.67 of 2020 and M.C.No.82 of 2020.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the cases in H.M.O.P.No.67 of 2020 and M.C.No.82 of 2020. from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
