At request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner,
this matter is listed today under the caption “for being mentioned”.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in Para 5 of the order dated 18.08.2023, it has to be typed as "the learned Judge is directed to hear both the matters H.M.O.P.No.201 of 2023 filed by the petitioner/husband and another petition by transfer i.e., H.M.O.P.No.531 of 2022 filed by the wife together on a same day and pass orders on merits and in accordance with Law.
The corrections shall be made in Para 5 of the order dated 18.08.2023 and a fresh order copy shall be issued to the parties.
