The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent took place on 30.10.2014. He further submitted that the petitioner has been tortured at the hands of the respondent and his family members and left out from the matrimonial home. Thereafter, the respondent filed a petition in O.P.No.178 of 2022 for rejoining the petitioner pending on the file of the Sub Court. Tambaram He further submitted that the petitioner is residing at Hosur and also produce the copy of the Aadhaar card and it is very difficult for attending the Court hearings at Tambaram. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that at the instigation of the petitioner's father, the petitioner filed this petition before this Court. Hence, he has raised formal objections in allowing the petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reason stated by the petitioner and the same is justifiable. Accordingly, the present Tr.C.M.P. is allowed and the O.P.No.178 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Hosur. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
