This Court by an order, dated 30.11.2022 had permitted the writ petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the 1^st respondent for considering the reconveyance of property to an extent of 79 cents in Survey No.218/6 at Madakulam Village, Madurai South Taluk which is said to have acquired by the 1^st respondent in the year 1979 – 1980.

The present review petition has been filed to the effect that since

the writ petitioner had passed away even before passing of the order, the question of sending representation by him to the 1^st respondent would not arise. The review petitioner has filed the legal heir certificate of deceased Gandhi Ammal who is said to be the original owner of the property.

In view of the above said facts, instead of the writ petitioner, namely Mayandi Chandran, the other legal heirs of Gandhi Ammal are entitled to send representation to the 1^st respondent.
