This petition has been filed for grant of letters of administration of the Will of the deceased Sreeman Pallavoor Anantha Rama Iyer Viswanathan. It is reported as early as on 27.10.2022 that the petitioner died and no steps has been taken to implead the legal representatives of the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that they have to obtain legal heir certificate and hence, sought time.
