2. The averments in the petition are as follows : -

The petition mentioned property was originally owned by one

Mr.Ramanujam G @ Ramu G who died on 23.03.2017 by leaving behind his wife and only son as his legal heirs. The first petitioner is the son and the second petitioner is the wife of the deceased. Since Mr.Ramanujam G @ Ramu G died intestate, the petitioners as his legal heirs are entitled to inherit the property of the deceased. Hence they have filed this petition seeking Letters of Administration.

3. The first petitioner examined himself as P.W.1 and Exhibits P1 to P7 have been marked.

4. Ex.P1 is the death certificate of Mr.Ramanujam G @ Ramu G. Ex.P2 legal heir certificate of Mr.Ramanujam G @ Ramu G would show that the petitioners are the surviving legal heirs of the deceased. Ex.P6 & Ex.P7 are the paper publication effected in one issue of Tamil Daily “Makkal Kural” dated 13.08.2023 and in one issue of English Daily “Trinity Mirror” dated 21.08.2023.

5. Hence , this Original Petition is allowed by granting Letters of Administration to the petitioners to the property and credits of Mr.Ramanujam G @ Ramu G annexed thereto. Such Letters of Administration shall have effect throughout the State of Tamilnadu. The petitioners are directed to execute a security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) in the name of the Assistant Registrar (Original Side) of this Court. The petitioners are further directed to file an inventory of assets and statement of accounts within a period of six months and one year, respectively.
