When these matters came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks leave of this Court to cause summons to the two Assistant Returning Officers namely (1) Mr.S.Venkatesh, Assistant Returning officer and Tahsildar, Veerakeralampudur; and (2) Mrs.Muruguselvi, Assistant Returning Officer and Special Tahsildar, SSS, Tenkasi, both in-charge of the Counting Postal Ballots, to appear in person to depose evidence and produce any documents.
