The Civil suit has been filed seeking direction to the defendants to
pay a sum of Rs.1,10,00,000/- together with interest of Rs.89,10,000.- at the
rate of 18% per annum totalling to Rs.1,99,10,000/- and further interest at the rate of 9% per annum on Rs.1,10,00,000/- from the date of plaint till the date of realization.
