Prayer : Plaint has been filed under Order IV Rule 1 of CPC and Order VI Rule I of O.S. Rules r/w Sections 55 and 64 of Copy Right Act prays for a judgment and decree in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants as follows :
a) For a permanent injunction restraining the defendants, their men, agents, heirs, legal representatives, subordinates, executors, assigns or any other person or persons claiming through or under then from releasing the Satellite, Audio, Video, Home TV, DVD VCD etc., and also the overseas rights of the suit film Title”RAGHAVAN”in any form or
manner whatsoever.
b) to pay the cost of this suit.
