The present revision petition has been filed by the defendants 1 to 3 in O.S.No.215 of 2010 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Tirunelveli. The respondents 1 and 2 herein as plaintiffs have filed the suit for relief of mandatory injunction directing the first defendant Diocese to conduct fresh election to the Church Council and Diocesan Council after appointing a retired District Judge as observer. The said suit was filed in December 2007.
2.According to the learned counsel for the first respondent/plaintiff in
the suit, the suit itself has been dismissed for default on 07.06.2017.
