By an order dated 09.02.2023, this Court disposed of the above Civil Revision Petition with direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, to dispose the suit on or before 31.08.2023.
2.Now, the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, has sent a letter dated 29.08.2023 bearing reference D.No.716 to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court seeking an extension of time to dispose of the suit. In the said letter, the learned Judge has given reasons for non-disposal of the suit.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons given by the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, in the above letter, the time for disposing the suit, is extended by another three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
