The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the fair and decreetal order dated 14.12.2018 made in I.A.No.747 of 2018 in O.S.No.81 of 2014 on
the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner though has filed the instant Civil Revision Petition objecting the finding of the Court below, now fairly conceded that the Court below has already given a finding that the issue of Court fee will be decided at the time of final disposal of the suit.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would pray to record the said finding and prayed to dispose of the instant Civil Revision Petition.

4. Considering the finding recorded by the Court below that the issue of
valuation of the suit will be taken at the time of the trial, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
