He further submits that there is a typographical error as the preamble to the order has also clearly stated that this is a Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

Be that as it may, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the order passed in C.M.A(MD)No.445 of 2023, these present Civil Revision Petitions stand dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
