The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner

under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the order dated 16.07.2019 made in I.A.No.313 of 2018 in O.S.No.118 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Natham.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the suit, in which the present Civil Revision Petition is arisen, has already been disposed of on 10.03.2023, which factum is fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to give a finding that the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition will in no way affect her right any other to proceed according to law.
