under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the order of unnumbered O.S.No.Nil of 2019 on the file of the Principal District Court, Thoothukudi.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent is present.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.08.2023, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported no instructions. This Court directed to issue notice to the petitioner and posted the matter on 30.08.2023. On that day the matter was not listed. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 05.09.2023. Since the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported no instructions, the name of the petitioner printed. Despite name of the petitioner printed in the cause list, no one appeared on behalf of him. Hence, as a last chance, this Court posted the matter on 08.09.2023 under the caption “for dismissal”. Even today there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default . There shall be no order as to costs.
