These present Civil Revision Petitions have been filed against the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.Nos.4, 5 and 6 of 2022 in O.S.No. 71 of 2018, dated 08.12.2022 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Palani, Dindigul District.

The petitioner is the defendant in O.S.No.71 of 2018 before the District Munsif Court, Palani. The said suit has been filed by the respondents for the following relief:

The petitioner has filed a written statement and the trial has also commenced. At that stage, the petitioner has appointed a new counsel and based on the advise of the new counsel, the petitioner has filed applications to re-open the evidence, to recall the witness and to mark additional documents. These applications have been dismissed by the Trial Court.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the impugned order passed by the learned District Munsif, Palani, Dindigul District in I.A.Nos.4, 5 and 6 in O.S.No.71 of 2018 vide order dated 08.12.2022. The relevant portion of the order reads as under:

There is no merit in the present civil revision petitions. In fact,
