2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners, CMA.No.3 of 2014 has been dismissed on 27.10.2015. Therefore nothing survives to be adjudicated in this revision petition.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Civil Revision Petition

is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
