This Court vide order dated 10.07.2023 directed the petitioner/tenant to vacate the petition-premises on or before 28.08.2023, failing which, the respondents shall take steps for attaching the properties of the tenant and recover the possession, if so advised and a direction was issued to the registry to list the matter on 30.08.2023 under the caption “for reporting compliance”.
