This matter is listed today under the caption “for being mentioned” at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that in the order dated 27.03.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.549 of 2023, LIR number has been inadvertently typed as “LIR No.22/Sec.Pro/2022” instead of “LIR No.42/Sec.Pro/2022”.
3. Accordingly, the LIR number shall be replaced as “LIR No.42/Sec.Pro/2022” instead of “LIR No.22/Sec.Pro/2022” wherever it appears in the order dated 27.03.2023 in Crl.R.C.No.549 of 2023.
4. All other portions of the said order remains unaltered.
5. Registry is directed to make necessary corrections and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
