This Criminal Revision has been filed to set aside the order passed by
the learned Sessions Judge, Sessions Court No.II, Kancheepuram dated 27.07.2016 in C.A.No.28 of 2015 in CMP.No.1853 of 2015, DM-JM, Sriperumbudur.
2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision and an endorsement to that effect also has been made by him.
3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
