This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the complaint given by the third respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner is the daughter-in-law of the third respondent and there existed dispute between them with regard to claim of death benefits due to the husband of the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner as well as the third respondent have given complaint and the same are pending in CSR stage.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and on such appearance, the second respondent is directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner and the objection of the third respondent and pass orders.
