This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.23 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the matter was already settled amicably between the parties and the matter already referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and a joint compromise memo was filed before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and prayed the case to be quashed.

compromised between the parties and the prosecution has no objection in quashing the case.
