The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.83 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) and perused the entire materials available on record.
6.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner has got two previous cases Page 2 of 4

and the investigation is still pending and further, there is no change of
circumstances, therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the
petitioner.
