This petition is filed to transfer the investigation from the local police/3^rd

respondent to CBCID. The case of Motor Accident was belatedly taken on file

in Crime No.214 of 2022 by the respondent police.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submits

that the investigation has been completed and final report will be filed within a period of two months.

This Court finds no grounds to transfer the investigation to CBCID, hence this petition is dismissed.
