Court finds no reason or merits to entertain the petition for extension of time to pay 20% of compensation amount as ordered by the lower appellate Court. However, to afford him an opportunity, if the petitioner deposits the compensation amount on or before 12.10.2023 of this month, the suspension of sentence shall stay in force or else, deemed to be recalled for non compliance of the condition.
