alteration of charges. Hence, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner herein after getting copies of documents under Section 207 of Cr.P.C, if advised to agitate in the manner known to law. Hence, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition

is closed.
