The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.11.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 r/w 34 of I.P.C. in Crime No.399 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

arrayed as A2. He would submit that by giving fake documents, all the accused received a loan of Rs.83,95,839/- from the PNB Housing Finance Bank and bank statement also reveals the said fact. He would submit that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.20 lakhs for the said sale transaction. He would submit that co-accused was arrested and released on bail. He would submit that if he is released on bail, he would tamper the witnesses and hamper the investigation and the investigation is not yet completed. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.
