This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to issue Non Traceable Certificate of petitioner' original sale deed bearing Document No.1908 of 1986 on the file of SRO, Omalur in pursuance of the petitioner's complaint dated 12.05.2023.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had lost his original sale deed in Document No.1908 of 1986 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Omalur. Hence, he preferred a online complaint on 12.05.2022 before the respondent.
