The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police, for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC in Crime No. Not known of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petition enquiry in C.No.3488/COP/Visitors/2022 is pending against the petitioner.
