2.However, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his prayer that seeking one month time for complying the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram. Therefore, this Court orders that petitioner is granted one month time from the date of receipt of copy of this order for complying the order dated 11.01.2023, made in Crl.M.P.No.8771 of 2022 in C.A.No.36 of 2022 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram.

3 .Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
