This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2068 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.22535 of 2022 dated 06.02.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.
