This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3386 of 2023, dated 28.02.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21728 of 2022.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.
3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended till 20.06.2023 , failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
