Captioned 'Criminal Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'Crl.M.P.' for the sake
of brevity] has been filed with a prayer for suspension of sentence under Section 389
(1) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
2.This order has to be read in conjunction with and in continuation of the proceedings made in main appeal today which reads as follows:
''Mr.S.Ramesh Kumar, learned Counsel on record for appellant and Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent State are before us.
2.Typed set is ready and the appeal is ripe for hearing. Learned Prosecutor is ready to argue the matter but learned Counsel for appellant requests for an adjournment. Request acceded to.
3.List eight [8] weeks hence. List on 12.12.2023.'
3.In the light of the aforementioned proceedings, captioned Crl.M.P. is disposed of as closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
